Job Summary
Maintain the dish tank area and ensure cleaned dishes are available for service while following food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware. Remove cardboard and grease to maintain parking lot cleanliness, and keep the property around the restaurant, including the foyer and sidewalk, free of debris. Emptish trash from designated areas throughout the shift and collaborate with staff to ensure dining room cleanliness meets guest satisfaction standards. Perform additional duties as assigned, including assisting in other job categories. This role supports Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC in serving high-quality farm-fresh food with a focus on perfect plates and bags.
