Job Summary
Maintain the dish tank area and ensure cleaned dishes are available for service while following food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware. Remove cardboard and grease, maintain property cleanliness around the restaurant including the parking lot, foyer, and sidewalk, and empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift. Collaborate with staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction regarding dining room cleanliness and assist in other job categories as assigned. Requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at a high pace. Offers early close with no late nights, flexible scheduling, and career growth opportunities within Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC.
