Dishwasher

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Load, run, and unload dish machine. Monitor dish machine water temperature for sanitary wash cycle. Wash and store tableware and kitchenware. Maintain dish room cleanliness and adequate levels of clean dishes and cleaning supplies. Perform trash audits every 15 minutes and bag/haul dish room trash as needed. Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage. Clean food prep and production areas as required. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Assist with light prep and portioning.
