Dishwasher

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Load, run, and unload dish machine; monitor water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle; store tableware and kitchenware; maintain dish room cleanliness and adequate levels of clean tableware and detergents; perform trash audits and bag/haul trash as needed; assist with light prep and portioning; be available to fill in as directed by supervision to ensure smooth operations in a warm, wet, humid, and loud restaurant environment.
