Dishwasher - Bessie's Diner

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes in the dish room, including soaking and scrubbing items requiring heavy cleaning. Scrape, sort, and load dishes into the dishwasher, then expedite clean plates and utensils to the cook line and banquet areas. Return all cleaned glassware and equipment to proper locations while performing trash removal and basic preventative maintenance on dishwashing machinery. Open and close the kitchen according to checklist protocols, assist with prep during prime service hours, and communicate equipment issues to the Sous Chef. Perform other food preparation duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.
