Job Summary
Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to maintain a clean, sanitized environment while washing, rinsing, drying, and stacking dishes. Pre-buss tables and glassware for servers to ensure quality guest experiences. Perform light janitorial duties and safely handle cleaning chemicals following all restaurant protocols. Multi-task to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Must be 16 years or older, able to lift 25lbs, and stand for extended periods.
