Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial equipment or by hand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station, kitchen, and back-of-house areas. Ensure all equipment and utensils are clean, sanitized, and stored properly. Assist in waste disposal, recycling, and cleaning kitchen surfaces including floors, counters, and walls. Perform mopping, sweeping, and trash removal. Assist with receiving and stocking kitchen supplies. Report maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
