Job Summary
Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, equipment, and facilities. Set up the dish machine in the morning and close down in the evening according to proper procedures. Operate the machine to company and manufacturer specifications using correct detergent and sanitizer measurements. Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine while troubleshooting malfunctions. Wash plates, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Keep the kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash. Requires ServeSafe certification and ability to work within a team environment.
