Job Summary
Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, equipment, and facilities. Operate the dish machine to company and manufacturer specifications, setting it up in the AM and closing down in the PM according to proper procedures. Wash plates, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans while adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine, including using proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer. Troubleshoot dishwasher malfunctions and keep the kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash. Requires ServeSafe certification and the ability to work within a team environment.
