Job Summary
Oversee all dishwashing needs including sorting, pre-washing, loading, and unloading equipment while ensuring proper storage of flatware, glassware, and utensils. Clean kitchen equipment, maintain dry floors, and remove garbage to appropriate bins. Unload pop, food, and other items to storage areas as assigned, keeping work areas orderly. During non-dishwashing periods, support the line cook team with food prep or production tasks. Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events. Full-time seasonal role for Spring/Summer 2026 at $18.50/hour.
