Dishwasher

Wash all dishes, glassware, and silverware ensuring they are clean, dry, and spot-free while maintaining a service culture for internal and external guests. Keep the dish area, machines, and racks clean and organized; stock clean dishes in storage. Take trash to the dumpster, replace liners, drain and disassemble dish machine parts for cleaning, and sweep or mop as needed. Maintain full chemical supplies using proper PPE and ensure department adherence to all regulatory and company policies. Perform all other duties as assigned, including knowledge of promotions and events. Work in an environment with bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
