Job Summary
Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, and trays, placing items in racks or on conveyor belts for the dishwashing machine. Assist with food preparation duties, polish silver kitchen machinery, and sweep and mop floors to ensure safety and sanitation compliance. Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards while keeping the dish area orderly. Ensure both back-of-house and front-of-house areas remain clean, safe, and fully supplied throughout the shift. Weekend availability is required.
