Dishwasher

Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition by washing, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Clean floors, equipment, and other assigned areas while sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash. Adhere to cleaning schedules and quality enhancement standards, including maintaining dish machine temperatures and parts per million levels after each meal. Provide high-level customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere by assisting cooks and wait staff as requested. Support the preparation and execution of Art of Atria Dining enhancement programs, special events, banquets, and theme meals. Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction. Attend pre-meal stand-ups prior to service and perform other duties as assigned.
