Dishwasher

Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition by washing, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Clean floors, equipment, and other assigned areas while sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash. Wash and store equipment in accordance with policy, ensuring dish machines are cleaned after each meal with proper sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levels. Provide high-level customer service to promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and Executive Director to keep residents satisfied. Adhere to cleaning schedules, quality enhancement standards, and food safety practices. Assist with food and supply transportation, special events, banquets, and theme meals, and attend pre-meal stand-ups. Support cooks and wait staff as requested.
