Job Summary
Load the dishwasher with dirty dishes brought in by bussers and unload clean dishes. Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware, then sweep and mop floors. Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while following all health and safety guidelines. Participate in team meetings and perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the restaurant manager. This role requires a hardworking candidate with a positive attitude and attention to detail, capable of meeting physical demands including standing for long periods.
