Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. Ensure all items are stored appropriately and ready for use, disposing of trash and recycling according to guidelines. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and other tasks as needed, reporting maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper chemical handling, while working efficiently during peak times. Weekend availability is required. Starting pay is $21 per hour with benefits available after 60 to 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by FMS/Skyport, brand partners, airport, federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Must successfully complete required airport security and background screening, including a federal background check
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
