Job Summary
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization while stocking inventory and preparing food for service according to standard procedures. Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and stock stations to help achieve ticket time goals of six minutes or less. Communicate product needs to back-of-house and managers-on-duty, ensuring high-quality ingredients and consistent food preparation throughout the shift. This role requires standing for eight hours or more and lifting items weighing 50+ lbs in a fast-paced environment.
