Job Summary
Dishwasher responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, stocking kitchen inventory, and assisting with food preparation. Helps achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less, prepares ingredients for service (e.g., chopping vegetables or preparing sauces), stocks and prepares stations for service, communicates product needs to BOH and MODs, and accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications. Required Qualifications
