Job Summary
Maintain clean and sanitized dishes and kitchen for resident safety by loading equipment according to department policies and ensuring temperature compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist cooks in meal preparation, replace stock, and keep the storeroom orderly while taking resident orders and managing drink refills. Support servers by responding to requests positively and assist with cleaning, resetting, and preparing the dining room between mealtimes. Work the second shift including weekends and rotating holidays, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and standing for long periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Must be knowledgeable of the location of the MSDS sheets on hazardous materials
- Must be able to understand the guidelines

- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds frequently
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to perform full range reaching abilities
- Must be able to read and follow directions
- Must be able to read and follow recipes
