Job Summary
Sort, rinse, and rack dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual methods. Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand, then inspect items for cleanliness before rewashing soiled dishes and returning clean stock to the cook's line. Assemble and disassemble the dish machine, set up and break down the station, and monitor wash cycle temperatures while filling soak tubs with proper solutions. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wipe up spills, and remove trash to external dumpsters. This part-time role requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability with a pay of $16.00 per hour.
