Job Summary
On-site Dishwasher/Server role at Regina Cleri/Curia in Shrewsbury, MO. You will support the dining room by preparing cold bar items, serving and assisting priests in the dining room, and washing dishes on a rotating schedule. Duties include keeping the kitchen and dining room safe, sanitary, and well-organized, ensuring high-quality food and service with compassion and respect. Schedule includes 10-hour shifts with morning and evening blocks; training and pre-employment screenings are required. You’ll work closely with the executive chef, kitchen team, and administration to deliver a welcoming dining experience for retired priests.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age 21
- Food Handler Certification a plus
- Prior food preparation experience, preferably in a commercial setting
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow recipes and par levels and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule and availability
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Provide excellent customer service, especially during mealtimes
- Work well with executive chef, kitchen team, administrator, and other team members at Regina Cleri Community
