Job Summary
Dishwasher role performing dishwashing, racks sorting, cleaning and sanitizing, maintaining dish machine operation, trash disposal, and general kitchen cleaning. Must follow health and safety regulations, notify manager if dish machine temperatures fall outside safety standards, and work as part of a team to support guests and staff in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- Lift and carry racks or stacks of dishes, glassware and other utensils, up to 150 lbs with assistance
- Walks and stands during entire shift
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Knowledge of sanitation practices
- Ability to work in high pressure environment
- Clean and organized work area
- Experience in kitchen/restaurant environments
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
