Job Summary
Buss tables, wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, then reset dining areas. Prepare the next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations. Clean kitchen appliances such as coffee makers, pots, pans, and mixers. Unload deliveries, sweep and mop floors, and remove trash while rinsing garbage cans. Report kitchen accidents or food safety code violations immediately. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of china, glass, and silver. Hotel Adeline is a new boutique hotel in Old Town Scottsdale featuring unique eateries and a lively pool scene.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
