Job Summary
Ensure plates and crockery are consistently clean and back on the lines by maintaining cleanliness and sanitizing all surfaces in kitchen spaces. Keep floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction while operating kitchen cleaning equipment. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, utilizing WHMIS and Safe Food Handling certificates. This full-time seasonal role starts as soon as possible with a starting rate of $21.65 per hour, increasing to $28.15 after three years. A Class 5 BC Driver's License is preferred. Subsidized staff accommodation and complimentary meals are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
