Job Summary
Wash, dry, and store pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, and utensils while cleaning tables, chairs, and condiment holders. Sweep, mop, polish, strip, and wax kitchen and dining room floors. Clean refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, coffee makers, stoves, and ovens to maintain a safe work environment. Lift and carry heavy materials frequently, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety precautions regarding exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and sharp equipment. High school diploma or G.E.D. required; one year of kitchen experience preferred.
