Dishwasher

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils, then place them in racks for the dish machine. Set up or break down the dishwashing area, stack clean dishes, and carry them to the cook's line or storage. Rewash soiled dishes before delivery, wash pots and pans by hand, and change dishwater every hour. Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning solutions, sweep floors, mop, and remove trash to the dumpster. Assemble or disassemble the dish machine, clean mats, and wipe up spills. Notify the manager if wash or rinse cycle temperatures fall below safety standards. Complete required training, attend mandatory meetings, and adhere to the dress code and work schedule.
