Job Summary
Dishwasher role supporting Mavericks Performance & Training Center's culinary operations by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment; maintaining cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas; assisting culinary team with kitchen support duties; and contributing to a high-standard hospitality and food-service environment in a fast-paced professional sports facility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, catering, sports venue, private club, healthcare, university dining, or hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-production operation.
- Strong understanding of sanitation procedures, chemical handling, and workplace safety practices.
- Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to cleanliness and operational excellence.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
