Job Summary
Operate a mechanical, high-temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize all dishes from kitchen departments and dispose of kitchen trash. Prepare dishes made in the kitchen, load them in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO, and provide service to guests at the deli counter when needed. This role requires proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment, basic knife skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
