Job Summary
Set up dish station to Sundance standards, mopping floors and washing dishes to maintain sanitary kitchen conditions. Take out trash, recycling, and linen while supporting the recycling program and minimizing grease entering the plumbing system. Restock lines with clean dishes and complete daily cleaning projects, assisting with food preparation as needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays, including Monday through Sunday shifts from 4 PM to close or 7 AM to 3 PM. Valid food handlers permit required within 30 days of employment.
