Dishwasher

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils before loading them into the dish machine. Stack clean dishes, carry them to the cook's line, and rewash soiled items as needed. Change dishwater hourly, wash pots and pans by hand, and fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning solutions. Sweep floors, mop, remove trash to the dumpster, and perform general restroom and exterior cleaning. Assemble and disassemble the dish machine, notify the manager of temperature safety issues, and perform other duties as assigned. Work primarily indoors in a hot, damp environment with moderate to high noise levels.
