Job Summary
Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting soiled dishes from the kitchen, washing and storing dishes, restocking cook stations, cleaning machines and appliances, keeping the dish pit clean, unloading deliveries, sweeping/mopping floors, taking out trash, supporting other restaurant staff, and following food safety procedures. Requires the ability to stand 8-10 hours, lift at least 30 pounds, and hold a Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate. Education a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided to learn employer-specific functions.
