Job Summary
Collect soiled prep tubs, pans, and cookware from the kitchen, wash them thoroughly, ensure they are dry, and store them properly. Prepare dining areas and kitchen stations for the next shift by cleaning and restocking. Clean appliances including ovens and makelines, maintain the dish pit area, and assist with unloading deliveries. Sweep floors, empty trash receptacles, and report any kitchen accidents or food safety violations. Ensure the dining area is ready for open, close, and during operations, while setting up and resetting the kitchen line.
Required Qualifications
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate
- Communication skills
- Positive attitude

- A high school diploma or equivalent degree
