Job Summary
Dedicated, organized dishwasher responsible for maintaining clean dishes and assisting the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating the automated washing machine, cleaning prep tubs, pans and cookware, restocking items, prepping food, sanitizing high-touch points hourly, switching out utensils every 2 hours, sanitizing counters, cleaning appliances and machines, storing deliveries, sweeping/mopping floors, taking out trash, documenting completed tasks using the store’s software, and supporting other staff as needed. Must be a committed, communicative team player with strong time management, able to prioritize tasks, and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimal work experience
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- On time dependability a must
- Dishes washing and sanitation duties as described in posting
