Job Summary
Oversee dishwashing operations for airline catering, international events, and luxury hospitality environments in Boston. Manage and develop the dishwashing team, ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate, maintain international waste protocols, monitor sorting and cleanliness of equipment, and communicate issues to supervisors. Flexible to work long hours and multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires supervisory experience in a related food-industry sector and proficiency with MS Office; promotes safety, quality, and career development opportunities within a high-standard hospitality context.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience within a fresh food industry related sector
- Previous experience in a similar role or experience within airside, aviation or FMCG
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
