Job Summary
Greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders while entering them into the computer system. Serve meals and prepare drinks, verify guest identification for alcohol service, and ensure satisfaction by checking on guests throughout their meal. Clean tables and counters, stock service areas, wash dishes, and answer the telephone promptly. Maintain strict adherence to personal hygiene, dress standards, and store guidelines while working as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- ability to safely use sharp knives and blades for food preparation
- exposure to heat- and burn-related hazards associated with cooking, baking, or grilling equipment
- ability to operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with applicable DOT standards
- ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending associated with order fulfillment, POS transactions, and cleaning/sanitation duties
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen
