Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans while maintaining a clean and organized dish station throughout each shift. Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies for kitchen staff, empty trash receptacles, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors. Assist with basic food prep and kitchen tasks as needed, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is necessary.
