Job Summary
Ensure a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for dining areas and set tables. Provide clean pots, pans, and cooking utensils for kitchen staff. Clean work areas, equipment, and maintain the highest level of sanitation on tables, walls, floors, and the dish machine. Break down and re-assemble the dish machine as needed. Empty trash and maintain a sanitary workstation with a clean-as-you-go attitude, including mopping floors. Follow safety and sanitation rules while working safely with chemicals and equipment. Perform all other duties as assigned. Full-time team members receive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
- Previous experience preferred
