Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, ensuring all kitchen equipment and workstations remain clean, sanitized, and orderly. Assist with basic food prep or other kitchen tasks as needed while strictly following health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Notify management immediately of any broken or malfunctioning equipment. This role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items up to 60 pounds, with flexibility to work Saturdays and holidays. At Great Harvest Bread Co., you will support our daily operations where breads and sweets are made from scratch and whole wheat flour is milled in-house.
Required Qualifications
