Load and unload dish-washing machines correctly, ensuring proper pot, pan, utensil, and silverware placement while maintaining correct liquid and temperature settings. Repair jammed parts and reassemble machines as needed. Remove trash, secure dumpsters, and supply fresh garbage bags daily. Sweep floors, mop the dish-washing area, and ensure all food zones are wiped down and sanitized. Maintain a neat, organized, and clean environment. Hours vary based on hotel business.
