Job Summary
Dish Machine Operator for IHOP responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware/utensils to support smooth restaurant operations. Perform sanitation and housekeeping tasks, maintain a clean and organized workspace, bussing tables, ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, and assisting with deliveries. Follow food safety procedures and regulations, communicate effectively with team, and adhere to governmental and company policies. Stand up to 8 hours per shift, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks. Training and advancement opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have minimal work experience as a dishwasher
- Must be proficient in operating with different types of dishes
- Must know and follow all food safety procedures
- Must carry at least a high school diploma or an equivalent
- Must have communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
