Job Summary
Operate the dish machine and three-compartment sink to wash and sanitize tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. Ensure the highest sanitation levels for all items to prevent contamination risks while following Safety Data Sheet criteria and food safety policies. Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe, clean condition. Restock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning, and sanitize all food service areas and equipment. Maintain excellent attendance and remain available for events and varied schedules per business needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. This full-time position offers a $15.00 hourly rate with health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or over
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with team members, management staff and guest in a clear, business-like and respectful manner
- Must possess excellent guest service skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow-up
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must obtain a valid gaming license from the Gaming Commission prior to beginning work
- Must have the gaming license renewed as mandated by the Gaming Commission
