Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area by operating the dish machine efficiently while monitoring water temperatures and chemical levels. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards, then stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results. Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift, restock clean wares to support kitchen flow, and remove trash and break down boxes. Keep your station clean and organized at all times while following opening, closing, and cleaning checklists. Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment with flexible schedules and competitive hourly wage.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
