Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area by operating the dish machine efficiently while monitoring water temperatures and chemical levels. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards, then stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results. Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift, restock clean wares to support kitchen flow, and remove trash to maintain dumpster area sanitation. Complete prep tasks, follow opening and closing checklists, and keep your station ready for service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules with holiday closures and competitive hourly wage.
Required Qualifications
