Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area by operating the dish machine efficiently, washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, and stacking clean wares to support kitchen flow. Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift, remove trash, and maintain dumpster area cleanliness. Complete prep tasks and follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists while working in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions. Flexible schedules with time-off on holidays and competitive hourly wage.
