Dish Cleaner

The Utility Person / Dishwasher maintains general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, provides clean, sparkling dishes and silverware, cleans rest rooms and the back dock area, stocks service areas, and supports operational excellence to ensure a pleasant guest experience. Duties include ensuring cleanliness to health standards, following the local health department laws, managing the duty roster, and reporting equipment problems to the Manager. The role requires timely, energetic, guest-focused service as part of the Golden Corral team at the Johnson City franchise location.
