Job Summary
Operate dish machines and equipment safely while washing, sanitizing, and organizing all dishware, flatware, cookware, and glassware. Follow strict safety and sanitation procedures to keep floors, drains, mats, kitchen walls, storage spaces, and dish stations clean. Maintain kitchen areas and assist with line maintenance, event food prep, sweeping the line, and organizing back-of-house storage. Take charge of trash removal throughout the shift and step in wherever needed to support the team. Work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Lift and carry items up to 30 pounds while standing and moving frequently.
