Job Summary

Lead strategic direction, commercial performance and lifecycle management of the Gyn/GU Oncology franchise in Bulgaria, overseeing a team of Brand Managers and KAMs to deliver patient-centered solutions. Develop and execute strategic and tactical commercial plans, drive forecasting, market analysis, pricing and reimbursement strategy, oversee launches and line extensions, manage budgets, and build cross-functional collaboration to achieve franchise growth. Drive marketing excellence by translating insights into competitive strategies, maintaining external relationships in the oncology ecosystem, and ensuring alignment with global and cluster strategies. Responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs, prioritizing strategic accounts, coaching and developing team members, and upholding compliance and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences
  • Experience in an innovative pharmaceutical company
  • Oncology and/or oncology brand management experience
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration background
  • Ability to integrate scientific knowledge with insights to build patient-centred strategies
  • Proven leadership of smaller project teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement in complex clinical environments
  • Ability to set strategic goals, lead forecasting and manage budgets
  • Experience coaching and developing KAMs
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office; valid driving licence
