Job Summary
Perform quality vehicle repairs including welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work per manufacturer and industry standards. Operate frame machines and shop equipment safely while mixing chemicals and materials per specifications. Conduct Quality Control inspections upon completion of work and communicate repair progress with estimators, body technicians, and insurance partners. Adapt to a blueprint-style production model where disassembly is guided by existing plans. Maintain a valid driver's license and operate vehicles legally while adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of collision repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate vehicles legally
