Job Summary
Conduct digital surveys regarding guests' experiences and professionally present the Discovery trial membership program to sell the Club Wyndham and Margaritaville offerings. Answer all guest questions accurately while meeting established sales quotas for Discovery Associates. Prepare digital worksheets with required information upon purchase and handle all post-sale client inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Adhere strictly to company and department policies and procedures. Full availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Must have proven sales experience
- Ability to make effective sales presentations utilizing technology and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Technology Fluent
- Full availability to work weekends and holidays required
