Discovery Program: Growth Equity

Participate in the Susquehanna Growth Equity Discovery Program to learn about the firm's unique investment approach and entrepreneurial working environment. Engage in discussions covering a day in the life of the investing and value creation teams, interview preparation strategies, and an early look at the internship program. Submit your resume by the end of 2026 for consideration, as the program is open to students graduating in winter 2028 or spring 2029.
